I like that their willingness to work and they try and make the time you have. They got a bunch of stuff cleaned out in my pantry and it made it easier to put stuff in my kitchen, they also cleaned out a lining closet, which gave space. The caregivers came when they said they were and they came and did their best work, they were all friendly. The caregivers have helped the most by providing her dinner bringing consistency to my mom's dinner. They need to improve their billing department.

It was hard to get a good caregiver, we had a different caregiver each day. They clean her up if she has an accident. The caregivers are nice and understanding.
I like the ladies who are assigned to come over mainly to help my mother. They don't always have a crisis and need someone. The person is always on standby, though. I would recommend them to people who live at the same complex as my parents. She communicates with him in a good way. She's able to connect with him in a way that others haven't been able to.
